My practice is situated in the extreme present — a hyper-now in which subjectivity is continuously recalibrated through technological intimacy, algorithmic governance, and embodied dependency. Working across painting, immersive environments, and emotional worldbuilding, I investigate how presence, identity, and affect are produced under conditions of constant mediation.
My paintings function as hybrid interfaces rather than representational portraits. They originate from scanned skin and algorithmically filtered self-images and are realized through digital retouch processes, sublimation dye, and pastel pigments. Their translucent, stratified surfaces operate as perceptual membranes, registering liminal states between corporeality and virtuality and exposing the instability of the self within networked, image-saturated environments.
Beyond the pictorial plane, I extend this inquiry into spatial and multisensory systems. Drawing on techno-shamanism, cosmology, and speculative fiction, I construct affective architectures that address the co-dependency of organic and machinic ecologies. Technology is not treated as a tool or spectacle but as an atmospheric condition that shapes sensation, orientation, and emotional response.
A central axis of my work is the lived reality of bionic existence. Through an algorithmically regulated cardiac device necessitated by chronic illness, technology becomes an intimate infrastructure of survival and temporal regulation. From this position, I approach transhumanism as an already operative condition rather than a future horizon, examining how theories of enhancement, control, and hybridity are inscribed into vulnerable, living bodies.
My practice resists binary frameworks in favor of perception as a distributed, post-anthropocentric process. Through the orchestration of sound frequencies, olfactory cues, visual fields, and invisible infrastructures such as WiFi radiation, I foreground the politics of sensation and the materiality of the immaterial.
My work has been exhibited internationally in institutional and gallery contexts and is held in major international collections.
